Kerrick and his family moved from Long Island, New York to Southwest Florida in 2002, and shortly afterward he began his journey in Real Estate. Using his overall love for people and passion for customer service, Kerrick thrives on delivering the dream of homeownership to people from around the globe, and helping our local friends with their relocation needs.
Since 2003 Kerrick has specialized in Single-Family, Condominiums, Vacation Homes, New Construction, Land, and Investments, along with Distress and Bank-Owned sales. Kerrick prides himself in taking an aggressive, pro-active approach to getting homes sold, with a strong emphasis on delivering the highest level of customer service. He is a strong believer in doing the right thing, living by the golden rule.
During his free time, Kerrick and his family enjoy boating and fishing the amazing waterways of the 10,000 Islands. He also has a passion for classic and antique cars, spending much of his free time in his garage with one of his toys, or attending local car shows and cruise-ins. If he's not boating or tinkering with his cars, you might catch him playing with his band at various venues around SW Florida.
